-Which forms of payment can I use?

-Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

-How long does shipping take?
We ship using USPS. We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Florida and we ask our customers to allow us 1-3 business days to process and ship their order(s).

-Pre-order Information?
When we launch the Pre-Order option for a product, the item is usually limited in numbers and only available for a certain period of time. A successful Pre-Order reserve the product exclusively for you. When a minimum of (15) Pre-Orders are placed, we get in contact with our factory to start production for the product. Please note Pre-Orders take 25-30 days to produce and 5-7 days to ship the product. If you can’t wait, Don't Pre-Order, Once the product go into production you will only be refunded 75% of the original purchase price.

-Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

-What do the letter "W" mean?
WaveRunner. A Wave Runner is a strong and confident person. Someone who is learning to make choices that will result in a healthier and more fulfilling life, basically anyone trying to overcome the odds in life. Despite similarities to classic Wilson W logo & our Wavy "W", our WaveRunner products are not affiliated with the Wilson brand.

-How do the WaveRunner footwear fit?
Based on our own tests, the WaveRunner Fits true to size so we advise you to take your normal size. Keep in mind everybody foot is shaped differently so sizing may be different for each person. Since we only offer whole sizes, we recommend downsizing for a snug fit, for a more comfortable and stretched fit we recommend your normal size, In addition all sizes listed are sized using the Eu sizing system, sizing is equivalent to U.S. men sizes.(Women must downsize two sizes). The Eu sizing system does not distinguish between genders; therefore, sizing is unisex. This chart provides a guide to shoe size conversion based on Eu/U.S size measuring conventions and our own shoe fitting experience.

-How can I get sponsored by Tiki Clothing Company & Apparel LLC?
Since we are a growing company, it would be impossible to sponsor every individual that message us. Typically we seek individuals with large platforms and audiences such as:Artists,Models & Athletes. If you do not fit into the category, your email will not be replied to or ignored. Thanks for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY

All products purchased through Tikiclothingco.Com may be returned within 15 days from the original date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn or defective products within 15 days for a full refund. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted. Just a note: We are a growing company so customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All products must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. However, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Tiki Clothing Company & Apparel LLC.

Please Note :
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you return products using a traceable method such as UPS / Fedex/Usps .
⦁ Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges including redelivery cost. If your order is returned you will be refunded via your method of payment. We do not refund the original shipping cost. There is a 10% restocking fee for all buyers remorse returns. With buyer's remorse returns the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
⦁ We need to have the return package postmarked within 15 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
* Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable- Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items.
Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.
